At ecoSense we believe in staff development and training... from the very beginning.
We heavily invest in our staff training and development to ensure that all our Cleaning Operatives, Area Managers & Mobile Cleaners are fully trained on an ongoing basis.
Not only do we support our staff within their work place we have also set up our own personal employee support network where we can assist our staff with housing, benefit, money questions.
Our staff retention levels are extremely high and we have continued to meet our staff development training targets.
